1. Who we are

This web site, Free Photo Creator (freephotocreator.com), is run by R M Media Ltd, Suite 11, Stanley Grange, Ormskirk Road, Knowsley Village, L34 4AR, England, a company registered in England & Wales, number 10103835 (“we”, “us”).

2. What the site does

The site lets you add your own words to our photographs and download the finished image. The photographs may be used under the license described on our License page. Using the tool is free.

3. Using the site

You may use the site for your own lawful purposes. You must not:

• enter words that are unlawful, defamatory, hateful, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit or that infringe anyone else's rights;
• use the site to create misleading or deceptive material, for example fake official signs, notices, certificates or documents;
• use automated tools, scripts or bots to access the site or its image-making tool, or send requests in a way that could overload or disrupt it;
• try to get round any limit, filter or security measure on the site, or try to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

We use a word filter and request limits to protect the site. They may sometimes block wording that is legitimate. We may refuse, block or limit use of the site at any time.

4. The words you add and the images you make

You are responsible for the words you add and for how you use the finished image. We do not check or approve what you create and we do not keep it (see our Privacy Policy). The finished image is an adaptation of our photograph and its use is governed by the license on our License page, including the attribution condition.

5. Our rights

The photographs, the design of the site and its software are owned by R M Media Ltd or its licensors. Except for the license described on the License page, nothing in these terms gives you any right in them.

6. Attribution-free licenses

Licenses that remove the attribution requirement are sold through AlphaStockImages.com and are subject to the terms shown there when you buy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site working but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any template, font or feature, at any time without notice.

8. Our responsibility to you

The site and the images are provided “as they are”, without any promise that they are suitable for your particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the images, including any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

9. Links to other sites

The site links to other web sites, such as AlphaStockImages.com and Creative Commons. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
