Last updated 8 October 2026. This explains what personal information we handle when you use Free Photo Creator, and why. In short: there are no accounts, no advertising and no analytics on this site, and we do not keep the words you type.

What we handle and why
The words and settings you choose
When you use the image tool, the words you type and your choices (font, colour, effect and the position of the text area) are sent to our server so it can make your picture. They are used only for that. They are not stored in an account or linked to you. A temporary copy of a finished picture may be kept for up to ten minutes so that a repeated request can be answered quickly, and is then deleted automatically. We do not log the content of what you type.
Technical information
Like most web sites, our server records basic technical information about each request, such as your IP address, the page or file requested, the date and time, and your browser type. We use this to keep the site secure, to prevent abuse and to fix problems. Our web server logs are kept for about 14 days and then deleted.
Cloudflare
Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which acts as a security and delivery layer between you and our server. Cloudflare processes requests to the site, including your IP address, in order to speed up the site and protect it from attacks and automated abuse. It may set a small cookie that helps it tell people from automated traffic. You can read how Cloudflare handles information in its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other web sites.
Buying a license
If you choose to buy an attribution-free license, you are taken to AlphaStockImages.com, which handles the purchase and any payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.
Our lawful basis
We handle this information because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in providing the image tool, keeping the site secure and preventing abuse, and we do not believe this overrides your rights and freedoms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. It is handled by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare as described above. Some of these providers are based outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States, and we rely on the safeguards they offer for such transfers.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights to ask for access to the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Because we do not keep the words you type or link technical logs to named people, we may not be able to identify information relating to you, but please write to us at the address below if you have a question or request.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
